Decide which windows you really need to protect
MEASUREMENTS ARE NEEDED
Measure your window openings on the outside of your house.
Measure the width and the height.
if there is trim around the window provide the width measurements of the trim.
iNCLUDE the overall width and height of the windows openings INCLUDING the trim.
PICTURES ARE
NEEDED
Send us pictures of the windows you wish to protect.
The picture needs to be wide enough so we can see the entire window including the surrounding areas. Pictures give us information about the structure. if we see something that needs to be addressed to properly build your screen protection
IDENTIFY YOUR
WINDOWS
Naming or Numbering your windows is important. We use that information for your files and marking panels so you know where they go when they arrive.
This information helps if there are questions so we are on the same page and talking about the same window.
It also helps when fabricating and shipping your panels

Provide complete contact information to include ship to address, emailaddresses, phone number
This information is needd to establish your customer file, determine if we need special packing for shiopment .
Let us know if approval from Homeowners Assiociation or architectual committy is necessary. Include HOA contact information in advance is helpful.
